Our Working Values
Innov-Asia is a different kind of resource. Our goal is to equip you, the participant, to be more effective living and working in a new culture in Asia. Therefore, our working values are focused on the participant.
Diamond Cultures. Each culture and ethnicity is as precious as a diamond. Cultures are not a problem to be overcome, but rather, they are like diamonds to be appreciated. Cultures fascinate and inspire people, and reflect the wonder of life itself.
The Big Question. What is the question that keeps you up at night? We want to be all about asking questions, passionate, bold, and even hard questions. Only when we ask questions, can we find the answers!
Intentional Innovation. We need and want to develop the discipline of creating space in our lives and work, space to look for new perspectives and to discover new opportunities. Likewise, organizations can greenhouse fruitful innovation and creativity.
Bold Diversity. The best way to effectively live cross-culturally is to boldly embrace cultural diversity. Each os us learns a new culture more deeply when we combine insights from different cultural perspectives. Therefore, we seek out participants from across Asia and from around the world.

It's not too early to think about Summer 2026 or arranging a two-week Intensive during the year. We are prepared to do Intensives for groups that want a quick dive into the challenges and opportunities of living and serving in Asia.
